Ing. Stefan Jeitschko already had the idea of a speed enforcement camera system while still attending the secondary technical school in Mödling.

After he had graduated he occupied himself with micro-processor-technology intensely. Due to this fact it was possible for him to produce the first prototype of MINISPEED 2000 in 1989.
